SINGLE POINT TECHNOLOGY PROVIDES SINGLE CUT USING THE LEGENDARY AND EFFORTLESS SINGLE CUT TECHNIQUE. THIS SINGLE-CUT RIFLING PROCESS REQUIRES ONE CUT FOR 120 INDIVIDUAL CUTTING TO EXACTLY CUT EACH POINT. A SINGLE POINT CUT PROVIDES THE SAME JOINTS THAT ARE LESS THAN .0001” FROM EACH OTHER BECAUSE THEY ARE CUT WITH THE SAME CUTTER.
"KNOB" BARRELS AND STANDARD "CUT" RIFLING cannot achieve this repeatable accuracy due to tool wear and tool tolerances. "SINGLE POINT CUT" BOOTS HAVE A CONSTANTLY BETTER EDGE TO PROVIDE CONCENTRICITY TO THE TABLE. THESE TWO TECHNOLOGIES COMBINED TO PRODUCE EXACT FIT AND EXACT TOLERANCES ON ALL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BARREL. ALL OF THESE ARE EQUAL TO THE ACCURACY IN THE LOWER DIPOSE.
